Served as CEO and founder of several startups in the fields of technology, health, and data, with expertise in raising capital from private investors and funds, building strategic partnerships, and leading growth processes.
He currently brings the extensive knowledge and experience he has gained in managing complex systems and identifying business opportunities to the real estate field. These capabilities form the basis for developing projects, recruiting investors, creating strategic connections with entrepreneurs, contractors and authorities, and leading long-term moves in the real estate market.
Attorney Roy Ofen

Since 2010, he has interned at the law firm of Yigal Arnon & Co.
From 2011 to 2019, he worked as an attorney at the firm of Ephraim Abramson & Co. in the Real Estate Department, where he was a partner in leading large-scale real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, urban renewal, commercial centers, combination transactions, construction guidance, and legal services for developers and tenants.
In 2019, after nearly a decade in leading law firms in the real estate field, he joined the Hemdat Haaretz Real Estate Group as a legal advisor handling transactions for the purchase and sale of large transactions and residential units, as well as ongoing legal handling of all of the group's affairs.

Since 2003, she has been the financial manager of leading companies and nonprofits.
Since 2006, she has been managing finances in entrepreneurship, construction, and asset management projects.
In 2013, she joined the "Hemdat Haaretz" group as the Finance Director.

A graduate of the Technion Haifa with a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from 1979, he worked in the management of the engineering system in contracting and entrepreneurial companies.
